Job Description
- •The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift.
- •Responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
- •Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
- •Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations.
- •Manage projects and deadlines.
- •Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team.
- •Time and attendance maintenance of employees.
- •Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases.

Qualifications
- •1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field.
- •Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required.
- •Technically proficient.
- •High level of organization.
- •Ability to work flexible hours.
