Join our AI Venture Studio as a Founding Engineer. We seek a full-stack JS engineer with strong backend skills and AI-assisted development experience.
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience as a full-stack JS engineer.
- •Strong backend skills in Node.js / TypeScript.
- •Production releases and understanding of delivery.
- •Experience in building solutions from scope and architecture to deployment.
- •Product-oriented approach: ability to narrow scope, choose MVP, explain trade-offs.
- •Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools: Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
- •Portfolio, code, demo, PR, GitHub, or other technical artifacts.
- •English from B1.
Will be a plus:
- •Experience in product companies, startups, or venture studios.
- •LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs.
- •LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Claude, MCP.
- •Observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar.
- •Important: profiles with only frontend experience are not suitable. We need an engineer who confidently handles backend, delivery, and production.
