FX/Credit Lead

Binance seeks an FX/Credit Lead to oversee FX operations, manage liquidity, and ensure compliance in a remote role.

## What you'll do

• •Oversee FX conversion operations including quote management, trade execution, and settlement.
• •Monitor FX pricing engine performance and manage vendor selection.
• •Handle escalations and drive root-cause resolution.
• •Own daily reconciliation and coordinate settlement flows.
• •Maintain relationships with banking partners and monitor liquidity.
• •Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• •Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on new feature rollouts.

• •5+ years experience in payment industry or FX operations.
• •Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading.
• •Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• •Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure.
• •Strong team spirit and willingness to motivate colleagues.
• •Fluent in English.
