## What you'll do

• •Oversee end-to-end FX conversion operations including quote management, trade execution, and settlement.
• •Monitor real-time FX pricing engine performance.
• •Manage and optimize intelligent vendor selection logic.
• •Handle escalations for failed transactions and provider API errors.
• •Own daily reconciliation across all currency inflows/outflows.
• •Maintain relationships with banking partners and monitor liquidity depth.
• •Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• •Partner with Product and Tech teams on new feature rollouts.

• •Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance or International Business.
• •5+ years experience in payment industry or FX operations.
• •Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, and trading.
• •Attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• •Data-savvy and able to troubleshoot effectively.
• •Capable of working under pressure.
• •Fluent in English.
