Game Designer

Seeking an experienced game designer to transform our AI product into an engaging user experience by creating characters, mechanics, and content.

We are an AI project in the gaming sector, looking to create a truly captivating experience for users with our AI product.

## What you'll do

• •Develop unique AI characters with detailed personalities and backgrounds.
• •Create engaging initial descriptions and communication scripts for the target audience.
• •Design game mechanics to enhance conversion to payment.
• •Analyze data to determine effective mechanics.
• •Manage the gift system and propose new products to increase user LTV.
• •Study market experiences and apply best practices to our products.

• •3+ years of experience as a game designer (5+ preferred).

• •Experience with data and metrics (conversion, retention, LTV).
• •Understanding of user psychology and engagement mechanics.
