## What you'll do
- •Design and establish integration processes for game levels and live events.
- •Create engaging visual storytelling, cutscenes, minigames, quests, and event experiences.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and storyboards.
- •Design core game mechanics, rules, and systems.
- •Prototype gameplay ideas, conduct playtests, and iterate rapidly.
- •Partner with Production to build and maintain a content pipeline.
- •Leverage AI technologies to improve game balance and automate content generation.
## Conditions
- •Experience in live game services.
- •Practical experience in Agile development environments.
- •Ability to tweak or implement animation, VFX, lighting, or related assets.
Requirements
- •5+ years of professional experience in the game industry.
- •Deep understanding of in-game design principles.
- •Proven ability to design game mechanics, levels, quests, minigames, and live events.
- •Experience building 3D scenes, levels, and environments using Unity.
- •Analytical ability to evaluate game systems.
