- •Experience in mobile games (casual/hybrid casual) with hybrid monetization (ads + in-app purchases).
- •Portfolio of successful projects from scratch and/or product transformation.
- •Ability to turn around low performance to high, achieving significant revenue and metric growth.
- •5+ years of experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Game Producer in mobile casual/hybrid casual games.
- •Deep understanding of game economy, balance, and monetization systems.
- •Practical experience in building difficulty curves.
- •Ability to create and develop products from scratch and understanding how product decisions impact monetization and revenue.
- •Experience in improving or bringing projects to positive economics.
- •Real contribution to product and metric improvement (LTV, Retention, DAU/MAU, etc.).
- •Systematic experience in conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems.
- •Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects, and how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
- •Collaboration format: B2B (individual entrepreneur, self-employment, etc.). No platforms, no cryptocurrency.
