Overview
Join Betsson Group as a Gaming Coordinator in Belgium, where you'll manage game releases, ensure compliance, and enhance player experience in a fast-paced iGaming environment. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join our Belgian team. You will play a key role in ensuring our Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.
What you'll do
- •Report directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.
- •Own the Belgium game release roadmap ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.
- •Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure timely delivery of new games and product updates.
- •Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and mobile identifying and escalating any issues before launch.
- •Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.
- •Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.
- •Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino tournaments ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and on time.
- •Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.
- •Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- •Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for optimisation.
- •Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.
- •Assist with gameplay investigations, provider queries and any Casino-related operational requests.
- •Support reporting, presentations and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.
