General Manager

Seeking a strong General Manager for an international game development studio, responsible for operational management and product oversight. Salary ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 plus KPI bonuses. We are looking for a strong, hands-on manager ready to take on the operational management of the product and the studio (40+ people). We create LiveProducts and Free2Play projects that delight millions of players daily.

• •Operational management: establish a working system of priorities, risks, and decision-making.
• •Product and production: responsible for the roadmap, quality, release speed, and LiveOps efficiency.
• •People Management: develop the team, set clear goals, and be accountable for results.
• •Transformation: gradually take on authority from owners, building a transparent organizational structure without function duplication.

• •Salary: $5,000 – $10,000 + KPI bonuses.
• •Hybrid work location (remote with occasional office visits).

• •Experience in management within game development or complex Live products (teams of 20 to 100 people).
• •Ability to make decisions and take responsibility, not just process.
• •Worked with managers and department heads (hiring, feedback, performance).
• •Excellent product intuition and understanding of financial aspects (budgets, resources, prioritization).
• •Diplomatic: able to build effective communication with owners and find compromises.
• •Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2+).
