Description
What you'll do
- •Build and execute growth initiatives across X, Discord, Telegram, and community channels
- •Launch and improve contributor, ambassador, referral, affiliate, and UGC programs
- •Support user acquisition and improve conversion from traffic to active users
- •Develop and test incentive mechanics, activation strategies, and growth loops
- •Plan and execute community-led campaigns and collaborations
- •Identify and manage growth opportunities with communities, creators, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
- •Support app onboarding and activation flows
- •Track performance across growth channels and improve execution
- •Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Ecosystem Growth, with strong Web3 experience
- •Proven track record of helping grow Web3 projects, apps, or communities
- •Strong experience in community-led growth, ambassador or contributor programs, UGC programs, referral or affiliate systems, airdrop or incentive-based campaigns, social growth across X, Discord, and Telegram, ecosystem collaborations, and user acquisition for live products
- •Strong understanding of Web3 user behavior, growth mechanics, and community engagement
- •Ability to combine strategy with execution
- •Strong ownership, communication, and reporting skills
- •Professional fluency in English
- •Experience with both organic and paid growth channels is a plus
- •Experience with SocialFi, consumer apps, trading products, or community-driven platforms is a plus
