Dlicom seeks a Global Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives across social platforms and community channels for its AI-powered SocialFi platform.

## What you'll do

  • •Build and execute growth initiatives across X, Discord, Telegram, and community channels
  • •Launch and improve contributor, ambassador, referral, affiliate, and UGC programs
  • •Support user acquisition and improve conversion from traffic to active users
  • •Develop and test incentive mechanics, activation strategies, and growth loops
  • •Plan and execute community-led campaigns and collaborations
  • •Identify and manage growth opportunities with communities, creators, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
  • •Support app onboarding and activation flows
  • •Track performance across growth channels and improve execution
  • •Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams

Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Ecosystem Growth, with strong Web3 experience
  • •Proven track record of helping grow Web3 projects, apps, or communities
  • •Strong experience in community-led growth, ambassador or contributor programs, UGC programs, referral or affiliate systems, airdrop or incentive-based campaigns, social growth across X, Discord, and Telegram, ecosystem collaborations, and user acquisition for live products
  • •Strong understanding of Web3 user behavior, growth mechanics, and community engagement
  • •Ability to combine strategy with execution
  • •Strong ownership, communication, and reporting skills
  • •Professional fluency in English
  • •Experience with both organic and paid growth channels is a plus
  • •Experience with SocialFi, consumer apps, trading products, or community-driven platforms is a plus
