## What you'll do

• •Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy.
• •Build and lead a high-performing account management team.
• •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships.
• •Partner closely with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• •Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
