Responsibilities
- •Design, develop, and release new features in Go, including:

- •Write clean, testable code with unit test coverage.
- •Build dashboards in Grafana: latency, error rate, traffic, business metrics of features.
- •Set up alerts, e.g., for increased 5xx errors or p99 latency above threshold.
- •Assess the impact of issues on business metrics of features.
- •Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- •Discuss feature requirements with business stakeholders or product managers: translate business metrics into technical ones.
- •Investigate incidents using logs, metrics, and traces.
Requirements
- •3+ years of commercial development experience in Go.
- •Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
- •Proficient with goroutine, channels, context, sync.Pool, pprof.
- •Experience with Prometheus and Grafana: writing PromQL queries, building dashboards.
- •Ability to read and analyze traces in OpenTelemetry/Jaeger.
- •Investigated incidents using logs and metrics.
- •Understanding of SRE principles: SLI/SLO.
- •Conducted code reviews and can accept constructive criticism.
- •Experience with ClickHouse.
