Description
What you'll do
- •Draft, review, and process commercial documents including NDAs, sales agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- •Assist the sales team in identifying and vetting hardware supply sources.
- •Research and document product specifications for logistics and compliance purposes.
- •Log and maintain accurate deal, contact, and account data in CRM.
- •Manage the end-to-end process for registering Luxor as an authorized reseller.
- •Pull, clean, and analyze sales and pipeline data to produce performance reports.
Requirements
- •Based in the United States or Canada.
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- •1–3 years of experience in a sales operations, trade operations, logistics, or administrative role.
- •Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and international shipping documentation.
- •Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot strongly preferred.
- •Strong working knowledge of commercial document workflows.
- •Solid data skills, comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets.
