Overview

Responsibilities
- •Develop packaging design from concept to production-ready layouts.
- •Create POS materials (stands, shelf talkers, wobblers, and other materials for retail decoration).
- •Prepare files for printing, control the quality of layouts, and consider post-printing processing features.
- •Use AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate concepts, references, and speed up workflows.
- •Analyze competitors' packaging and find solutions to help our products stand out on the shelf.
- •Participate in the development of new product lines in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
Conditions
- •Hybrid work model, St. Petersburg.
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience in packaging design.
- •Experience in creating POS materials.
- •Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- •Basic skills in Figma.
- •Understanding of prepress and preparing layouts for printing.
- •Knowledge of color models CMYK, Pantone, and printing features.
- •Experience in developing packaging structures (dieline).
