Graphic Designer

LENKEP is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape the brand's visual identity, creating creatives, supporting SMM, and developing design systems. We are growing and looking for a designer to take on the visual identity of the brand: from creatives to conference design.

• •Create creatives (static and animation) and adapt them for different formats
• •Support SMM: design posts, stories, covers for reels
• •Make presentations and infographics that are enjoyable to browse
• •Prepare layouts for stands, banners, and navigation for conferences, bringing them to print
• •Develop merchandise design
• •Maintain and develop the brand book and design system in Figma
• •Create templates and instructions that simplify life for the entire team

• •1+ years of design experience and a portfolio with work examples
• •Proficient in Figma: layouts, components, libraries — all in order

• •Independence: can figure out tasks and bring them to completion
• •Experience with AI tools
