Group Technical Program Manager

## What you'll do

• •Own the AI adoption program end-to-end: define strategy, build plans, and ensure accountability.
• •Centralize visibility across all AI initiatives at Coinbase.
• •Partner with org leads to assess AI opportunities and prioritize by ROI.
• •Define and maintain an AI maturity framework.
• •Design and track program health metrics.
• •Own AI acceleration projects from scoping through launch.
• •Build and run the XFN operating structure.

## Conditions

• •Remote work with in-person participation required throughout the year.
• •Team and company-wide offsites held multiple times annually.
• •Salary range: $243,865—$286,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.

• •10+ years of technical program management experience.
• •Experience with AI and credible conversations with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• •Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured programs.
• •Strong influencing skills and fluent in data.
• •Experience running programs requiring organizational change.
