Growth Assistant to Founder / Junior Product

Join Cobalt Lab as a Growth Assistant to the Founder, working on launching new product hypotheses in the iGaming sector.

Cobalt Lab is an iGaming platform for the Rust community.

The founder is focused on launching new product hypotheses and is seeking an assistant to help with product launches and hypothesis testing.

## What you'll do

• •Collaborate with the founder on product tasks from hypothesis to solution
• •Conduct research on markets, competitors, users, and ideas, and draw conclusions
• •Assist in launching experiments and small A/B tests
• •Coordinate contractors and small internal processes
• •Ultimately, help launch new projects and directions, with the potential to become a Product Manager

• •Understanding of the product from the inside: analytics, monetization, growth, team
• •Clear path to Product Manager within 6–12 months
• •Experience in the fast-paced iGaming niche
• •Remote work format with task flexibility

• •Experience in iGaming is a big plus but not mandatory
