Growth Manager, Binance Academy

Binance Academy seeks a Growth Manager to drive user growth strategies and engagement for its educational content in the blockchain and crypto space.

Binance Academy is the education arm of Binance, focused on making blockchain and crypto knowledge accessible globally.

We produce free, high-quality educational content across articles, courses, glossaries, and learning campaigns, supporting users at every stage of their crypto journey.

As part of the wider Content Business Unit, Binance Academy collaborates with product, marketing, data, and regional teams to deliver educational initiatives at a global scale.

## What you'll do

• •Initiate growth strategies to enhance Binance Academy's influence in the crypto world.
• •Identify untapped growth opportunities across new formats, products, and channels.
• •Lead zero-to-one experimentation from concept development to MVP launch.
• •Design and run structured growth experiments.
• •Partner with Product, Tech, Content, and Marketing teams.
• •Define success metrics and refine initiatives based on feedback.
• •Build scalable frameworks for growth.
• •Stay informed on user behavior, market trends, and competitor approaches.
• •Communicate learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• •5–8 years of experience in growth, operations, or innovation-focused roles.
• •Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• •Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• •Interest in education and blockchain technology; crypto industry experience is a plus.
• •Fluency in English; Mandarin or additional languages are an advantage.
