Overview
Looking for a hands-on Growth Producer / Funnel Builder to create effective marketing funnels and lead magnets. Join us remotely in a full-time role with a salary range of 180,000 – 300,000 ₽ plus bonuses. Dmitry Kovpak is an entrepreneur, marketplace expert, and founder of an Accelerator for sellers on Wildberries and Ozon.
What you'll do
- •Transform Dmitry's content, cases, Zoom analyses, presentations, and Telegram into a clear system: content → lead magnet → Telegram/bot → warming up → application → OP → sale
- •Build funnels for workshops, Zoom analyses, and the Accelerator;
- •Write texts: posts, offers, warm-ups, CTAs, messages for the bot;
- •Extract strong meanings from content and cases;
- •Turn long videos/Zoom/presentations into marketing mechanics;
- •Create lead magnets: checklists, diagnostics, error maps, bot surveys;
- •Manage the technician, designer, and editor, but not shift thinking onto them;
- •Connect Telegram, YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and the database into one system;
- •Work with OP on lead quality;
- •Monitor metrics and refine funnels.
Conditions
