Overview
Join Movavi as a Growth Product Manager (Mobile) to enhance our mobile video editor's growth strategy. Work with analytics tools and cross-functional teams to drive market penetration and optimize app performance. We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to strengthen our mobile team. You’ll help take our mobile video editor to the next level of growth and market penetration. In this role, you’ll build a data-driven mobile marketing strategy – working with AppsFlyer, Firebase, and SKAdNetwork, tracking ad performance, running A/B tests, and collaborating closely with acquisition, development (through other PMs), analytics, content, and design teams. Your initial focus will be on the US market. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll apply your expertise in analytics, performance marketing, hypothesis testing, and ASO, helping shape the company’s entire growth strategy from the ground up.
What you'll get to do
- •Develop and execute a mobile app marketing strategy to grow subscriptions, increase engagement, and improve retention
- •Analyze key marketing metrics and optimize app performance based on data insights
- •Set up and use analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase) to evaluate ad campaign performance, track traffic, and correctly interpret SKAdNetwork data for iOS
- •Run A/B tests on pricing, creatives, funnels, and other marketing hypotheses to boost performance
- •Work closely with the acquisition team: provide recommendations on optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels – from channel selection to budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking
- •Manage ASO (with or without external partners): understand how to improve visibility and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product, analytics, design, content, and acquisition – to deliver marketing initiatives
- •Monitor competitors and mobile market trends; suggest new ideas to drive growth and improve key metrics

Requirements
- •A solid understanding of the specifics of iOS platforms for promoting apps in the US market
- •Strong analytical thinking – ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions
- •Hands-on experience with analytics tools: AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, and others
- •Understanding of SKAdNetwork and iOS features for accurate tracking of marketing performance
- •Experience analyzing A/B tests, including applying statistical methods to interpret results and use insights to improve products or marketing strategies
- •Experience working with monetization metrics and unit economics – understanding and calculating key metrics (ARPU, CAC, LTV, renewal rate, etc.) and building business models with clear dependencies
- •Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- •Strong ASO expertise – optimizing metadata, keywords, and visuals for both the App Store and Google Play
- •Solid understanding of UX/UI principles to improve onboarding, boost conversion, and increase user retention
