Key Responsibilities
- •Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
- •Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
- •Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
- •Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
- •Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
- •Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features

Qualifications
- •At least 2 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field
- •Strong insights into user experience
- •Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis. Proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making
- •Experience in Campaign planning and the crypto industry preferred
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
