Overview
Join Cursor as a GTM Systems Support and Agentic Engineer to automate coding and enhance sales systems. You'll tackle real-world problems and design solutions for a fast-growing sales team. Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
What you'll do
- β’Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support across a fast-growing sales organization
- β’Triage, debug, and resolve issues across our Salesforce environment β including using debug logs to trace root causes quickly and accurately
- β’Administer and support adjacent sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, e-signature and contract generation tools and others
- β’Go beyond the immediate fix: diagnose the underlying technical or UX root cause and address it at the system level so the same problem doesn't resurface for the next user
- β’Bring a thoughtful eye to UX β if a workflow is confusing, a field is misplaced, or a process creates unnecessary friction for reps, flag it and fix it
- β’Track and identify patterns in support volume, then design system automation and/or agentic workflows to address them at scale β auto-routing, intelligent response drafting, or fully automated resolution for the right categories
- β’Build agentic automation with architectural rigor: not just what to build, but how to structure it so it scales, stays maintainable, and yields higher quality outcomes over time
- β’Document solutions and contribute to a growing knowledge base that reduces future support load
