Description
What you'll do
- •Successfully launch and develop new GEOs, test and scale markets (Tier-3).
- •Search, connect, and develop partners.
- •Build strategy and KPIs for the direction, manage affiliate models: RevShare / Hybrid / Fix.
- •Build and manage a team (hiring, development, control).
- •Manage budgets and payroll.

Requirements
- •3+ years of management experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming.
- •Strong theoretical and practical foundation, understanding of traffic sources and full work cycle.
- •Ability to independently build processes without micromanagement.
- •Own partner base, experience with RevShare and Hybrid models, network in iGaming.
- •Practical experience with GEOs: Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines (or others in Tier-2 and Tier-3).
- •English language.
