Head of Affiliate Support

Looking for a Head of Affiliate Support in the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include supporting affiliate partners, managing incoming requests, and ensuring service quality.

• •Support affiliate partners
• •Process and coordinate incoming requests via CRM and ticket systems
• •Monitor SLA compliance and timely resolution of inquiries
• •Escalate complex cases and coordinate their resolution with internal teams
• •Conduct onboarding for new partners and support during the launch phase
• •Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement

• •Remote work format

• •Full-time: Monday–Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00
• •Timely payments twice a month

• •Experience in a similar position
• •Experience in the iGaming industry
• •Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• •High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• •Upper-Intermediate English level
