Head of Analytics / BI Team Lead

• •Define priority areas for analytics, choose methodologies, tools, and standards for the team.
• •Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / DataLens), create Ad-Hoc reports.

• •Distribute business requests, prioritize, review reports and dashboards.
• •Regularly interact with business clients to identify needs and present results.

• •5+ years of experience in a Team Lead / Head of Analytics / Lead Data Analyst role.
• •Experience in implementing or replacing BI systems.
• •Deep experience in building interactive dashboards in modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Yandex DataLens, Fine BI or equivalents).
• •Expert SQL (complex JOINs, window functions, CTE), advanced M / DAX, proficiency in Python and R for analysis.
• •Knowledge of DWH construction basics (ODS/DDS/CDM layers, 'star' / 'snowflake' schemas).
• •Understanding of statistics, A/B testing, confidence intervals, regression analysis.

• •Experience in implementing Data Catalog and DQ processes, presentation skills to top management, experience using dbt.
