Description
Responsibilities
- •Build and develop the Business Development function and commercial strategy from scratch
- •Formulate and enhance the value proposition and product positioning in the market
- •Independently manage outbound sales and develop partnerships at an early stage
- •Full management of the B2B sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and closing deals
- •Build scalable sales processes, pipeline, reporting, and commercial infrastructure
- •Identify and develop new growth points in the EU and CIS markets
- •Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the iGaming industry
- •Closely interact with the Founder on commercial development and strategy
- •Represent the company at international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)

- •Hands-on approach and willingness to personally participate in sales

- •Deep understanding of the iGaming market and decision-making structures
- •Strong strategic and operational skills
- •Fluent in English and Russian
- •A personal network of contacts in iGaming
