Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the Business Development function and commercial strategy from scratch
  • Formulate and enhance the value proposition and product positioning in the market
  • Independently manage outbound sales and develop partnerships at an early stage
  • Full management of the B2B sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Build scalable sales processes, pipeline, reporting, and commercial infrastructure
  • Identify and develop new growth points in the EU and CIS markets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the iGaming industry
  • Closely interact with the Founder on commercial development and strategy
  • Represent the company at international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)

  • Hands-on approach and willingness to personally participate in sales
  • Successful experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming market and decision-making structures
  • Strong strategic and operational skills
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • A personal network of contacts in iGaming
