• •Coordinating the department's work in accordance with the company's business goals;
• •Conducting training for employees on compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
• •Participating in strategic planning and making key business decisions from a legal perspective;
• •Implementing methods for identifying and assessing business risks;
• •Representing the company's interests in interactions with regulators, judicial and law enforcement agencies, external auditors;
• •Evaluating the effectiveness of existing compliance processes and optimizing them;
• •Forming and maintaining policies for partner selection and conducting KYB.
