Overview
Sunshine Group is looking for a Head of Content Production to build and manage a content pipeline for an AI marketing platform in Astana. The role focuses on data-driven video production and team management. We are an international group of companies, Sunshine Group. We are currently searching for a Head of Content Production for our new project in Astana (resident of Astana Hub). We are building an AI platform for marketing: generating videos and creatives through neural networks (avatars, lip-sync, auto-editing). We are launching our own content factory — a small team that tests what works with real short video volumes and uses this data to train the product (R&D direction within the product).
What you'll do
- •Build and maintain the pipeline: brief → production (volume) → publication according to the calendar → measure reach → detect winners → scale winners;
- •Form and lead a team of creators/reels makers (2-3 at the start, then growth), establish briefs, quality-gate, weekly quotas;
- •Implement AI production pipeline (avatars/video generation: HeyGen/Creatify-class);
- •Maintain metrics: volume of output, share of 'winners', speed of the 'brief → publication' cycle;
- •Conduct weekly reviews of 'what worked/why', reporting to the owner;
- •Mark content winners and pass them to performance/product.
