Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขDevelop and implement CRM and lifecycle strategies for all brands.
  • โ€ขGrow key metrics: LTV, engagement, first deposit, repeat deposits.
  • โ€ขBuild personalized and automated communications for different player lifecycle stages.
  • โ€ขWork with anonymous users to warm them up to registration via web-push and retargeting.
  • โ€ขLaunch and optimize CRM campaigns for registered players.
  • โ€ขBuild audience segmentation and behavioral scenarios.
  • โ€ขDevelop automated chains in Customer.io and other tools.
  • โ€ขAnalyze channel effectiveness: Email, SMS, Push, In-app.
  • โ€ขConduct A/B tests, find growth points, and improve retention.
  • โ€ขManage a team of CRM managers, control KPIs and work quality.
  • โ€ขCollaborate with analytics, product, and design.
  • โ€ขCalculate the profitability of bonus mechanics and test new hypotheses/channels.

Requirements

  • โ€ขExperience with multichannel communications: Email, Push, In-app, SMS.
  • โ€ขProficient with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms.
  • โ€ขExperience building trigger and transactional chains.
  • โ€ขAnalytical skills: GA, Looker Studio, Tableau / BI tools.
  • โ€ขAbility to analyze funnels, cohorts, campaigns, and test results.
  • โ€ขSQL is a plus.
