Description
What you'll do
- •Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of the company's global cross-border payments business.
- •Develop and manage partnerships with banks, payment service providers, e-wallets, remittance companies, and other financial institutions.
- •Expand payment corridors across collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment solutions.
- •Drive the development of global fiat and digital asset payment networks.
- •Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver scalable payment solutions.
- •Oversee payment operations, settlement processes, liquidity management, and transaction performance.
- •Ensure compliance with applicable payment regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and sanctions controls.
- •Build and lead a high-performing payments team across multiple markets.

Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above.
- •10+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittance, or digital asset industries.
- •Strong experience in cross-border payments, remittance, e-wallets, payment infrastructure, or crypto payment ecosystems.
- •Deep understanding of banking partnerships, settlement, treasury flows, and payment operations.
- •Familiarity with payment licensing, AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- •Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.
- •Fluent English communication skills; experience working in global organizations is preferred.
