What you'll do
- •Own and execute the APAC events strategy in alignment with Foundry’s global objectives.
- •Provide senior leadership to distributed event teams across India, Korea, Japan, ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.
- •Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of Foundry’s flagship conferences and awards programs.
- •Own regional event budgets and P&L performance.
- •Lead, mentor, and develop regional event managers and production teams.
- •Build strong relationships with senior Foundry stakeholders, sponsors, speakers, venues, and external partners.
- •Establish scalable processes, timelines, and delivery frameworks to support a complex regional calendar.
Requirements
- •Senior-level experience leading large-scale conferences, awards programs, or live events across multiple markets.
- •Proven ability to manage regional or multi-country teams.
- •Strong communications and executive presence.
- •Demonstrated expertise in event strategy, operations, and financial management.
- •Experience working across diverse cultures and markets within Asia-Pacific.
