What you'll do

- •**Executive Partnership:** Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling that drive high-stakes decision-making and business model optimization.
- •**Organizational Scaling:** Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure that automates routine reconciliations and provides real-time visibility into global performance.

Requirements
What you’ll need
- •**Proven Executive Tenure:** 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
- •**Strategic Visionary:** A track record of moving beyond the "numbers" to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board and executive levels.
- •**High-Agency Leadership:** Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
- •**Advanced Financial Architecture:** Mastery of complex financial modeling, including the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable executive narratives.
