Team Leadership
- •Set and communicate a clear architectural and operating vision for FP&A.
- •Manage and develop the existing FP&A team, currently 2-3 members.
- •Build a team culture of ownership and proactivity.
Process Transformation & Infrastructure
- •Lead the end-to-end reimagination of FP&A workflows.
- •Define and implement a scalable planning architecture.
- •Champion AI and modern tooling to automate routine management and board reporting.
Revenue & Business Planning
- •Own all revenue planning: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and product-level P&L.
- •Drive a more granular, dynamic headcount planning process.
- •Partner with Product GMs to build product-level dashboards.
Strategic Finance Partnership
- •Serve as the primary financial partner to GMs and key department heads.
- •Build the dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting infrastructure.
- •Support the CFO on board materials, investor reporting, and strategic analyses.

Required
- •7–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful FP&A leadership in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment.
- •Demonstrated track record of process transformation.
- •Strong command of SaaS unit economics: ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, gross margin, Rule of 40.
- •Comfort operating in environments with imperfect data.
- •Hands-on experience building or modernizing financial platforms with AI/LLM tools.
- •Excellent cross-functional communication.
- •Experience with data warehouse environments; SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
- •Genuine wish to build and lead a team.
Strongly Preferred
- •Background in investment banking, consulting, or PE/VC-backed SaaS.
- •Experience evaluating or implementing FP&A platforms.
- •Familiarity with BI/visualization tools and experience building executive-facing dashboards.
- •Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
