What you'll do

▪️Build and improve acquisition strategy across multiple Business Units

▪️Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing initiatives

▪️Audit current acquisition channels and improve CAC, activation, payback, and channel efficiency

▪️Define channel strategy and the right paid vs organic acquisition mix

▪️Manage and evaluate agencies, vendors, and performance partners

▪️Support organic growth across SEO, GEO, content, website traffic, and AI-driven discovery channels

▪️Work with regional teams to support growth in priority markets

▪️Develop events as a measurable acquisition and pipeline channel

▪️Improve growth reporting, attribution, funnel visibility, experimentation, and performance analysis ▪️Partner with CMO, BU leaders, Product Marketing, Sales, BD, regional teams, and performance managers

Requirements

▪️4+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, performance marketing, or a similar role ▪️Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3, or a closely related digital product environment

▪️Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing

▪️Solid understanding of CAC, activation, attribution, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, and unit economics

▪️Experience building or improving channel strategy and channel mix

▪️Understanding of organic growth, SEO, GEO, content-led acquisition, and website traffic growth

▪️Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external performance partners

▪️Ability to work with dashboards, campaign performance, agency reports, and acquisition data directly

▪️Strong English communication skills
