Overview
Cocoon Family Group is seeking a Head of HR to manage HR processes and develop the HR team in a hybrid role based in Samui, Thailand. Cocoon Family Group is an international restaurant company on the island of Samui, developing gastronomic projects and actively scaling the business.
What you'll do
- •Manage the full cycle of HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, training, evaluation, motivation, and retention of employees
- •Form and develop the HR team, coordinate recruitment, training, and personnel administration
- •Control the closure of vacancies and develop effective attraction channels and talent pool
- •Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, goal setting, feedback, and employee development
- •Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees and managers
- •Develop HR brand and EVP, consult managers on team management issues
- •Develop HR analytics and support the opening of new facilities and business scaling
Conditions
- •Relocation to Samui, Thailand
- •Direct reporting to the CEO and owner
- •Fixed salary + percentage of turnover + quarterly bonus
