What you'll do
As the Head/Lead of Payments, you will be responsible for leading our payment strategies and optimizing our payment processes.
- •Lead payment strategies in the iGaming sector
- •Optimize payment conversion rates and commission structures
- •Manage and mentor the payments team
- •Negotiate with payment providers
- •Implement and oversee local and crypto payment methods
- •Collaborate with anti-fraud teams

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in the iGaming payment sector.
- •Proven experience as Head/Lead of Payments in iGaming
- •Deep expertise in the CIS payment market, especially Russia
- •Practical experience with local payment methods and crypto payments
- •Track record of improving payment conversion and optimizing commissions
- •Team management experience
- •Negotiation skills with providers
- •Contacts among CIS payment providers is a plus
- •Experience with anti-fraud tools is a plus
- •Understanding of regional regulatory environment
