Description
What you'll do
- •Build a marketing system as a sales growth tool: external traffic, creative, SMM, own channel (website + CRM).
- •Ensure growth of external traffic and its conversion into revenue by enhancing effective channels and cutting ineffective ones.
- •Restructure and strengthen SMM and influencer marketing: strategy, content, contractor management, working with content factories.
- •Lead creativity: manage a team of designers and content managers, establish a sustainable creative approach for the brand.
- •Launch and develop own sales channel: website and CRM, database segmentation, trigger communications, repeat sales, and growth of LTV.
- •Establish a close link between marketing, sales, and creativity, working in a matrix structure with the sales and marketplace teams.
- •Build an analytics system: ROMI, marketing's contribution to revenue, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision making.
- •Track trends (fashion, culture, media) and translate them into actionable marketing solutions for our target audience.
- •Utilize AI and modern tools in content, analytics, and marketing hypothesis development.

Requirements
- •A practitioner ready to do hands-on work while building the system.
- •Result-oriented in terms of revenue, not just creativity and reach.
- •Independence, quick thinking, readiness to take responsibility and argue with facts, not opinions.
- •3+ years of marketing leadership experience (head of marketing, not just a specialist).
- •Real cases of influencing sales and profit through marketing, with figures (revenue growth, ROMI, share of own channel, etc.).
- •Experience in building or significantly developing marketing "from chaos to system" in a product company.
- •Practical experience with CRM and own client base (website, online store, e-com), not just marketplaces.
- •Confident in digital marketing: traffic, SMM, influencer, content, working with contractors.
- •Practical experience using AI in work (for content, analytics, hypothesis testing).
- •Understanding of target audience behavior and ability to translate trends into actionable selling solutions.
