Head of Marketing

Roblox is looking for a Head of Marketing to build marketing from scratch for a game investment fund focused on Roblox games. Remote work with a strong team. An investment producer fund buys and scales games on Roblox. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will build marketing from scratch in the 'wild steppe' of the platform.

• •Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the game portfolio
• •Build a system of growth hypotheses and marketing experiments
• •Launch and test acquisition channels
• •Develop and manage the marketing team
• •Create a growth playbook and best practices

• •Experience working with Roblox
• •Experience in mobile F2P games
• •Managing performance/UA marketing
• •Working with conversion visuals (icons, creatives, stores)

• •Experience: 5+ years in marketing
• •Technical skills:
• •Understanding of growth approach and data-driven thinking
• •Experience in game development or mobile products
• •Managing a marketing team
• •English C1
• •Additional requirements:

• •Extensive work with content (influencers, content factories for TikTok/Shorts)
• •Community management (Discord, live audience in games)
• •Cross-promotion, collaborations, branding projects
