What you'll do
- β’Define the overall marketing strategy across our portfolio of subscription-based mobile products and help teams turn goals into clear acquisition plans.
- β’Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale, with Meta Ads as the primary growth driver and a strong focus on efficiency and volume.
- β’Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation, testing new UA channels and approaches beyond the core setup.
- β’Oversee marketing performance tracking end-to-end, from portfolio-level P&L down to channel KPIs and CPA.
- β’Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams, supported with the right resources, tooling, and clear priorities.
- β’Improve marketing processes and methodologies across teams, ensuring we use the best tools and latest industry practices.
- β’Drive team performance through regular feedback, structured evaluations, and individual development plans.
- β’Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools and integrations to improve speed, insight, and scalability.
