- โขCollaborate with Product, CRM, Affiliate, and Tech departments to synchronize processes;
- โขAutomate manual processes and reduce operational risks;

Requirements
Requirements
- โข2-4 years of experience in iGaming as Head of Operations / Operations Manager / Payments Manager;
- โขPractical experience with payment flows, KYC, PSP, anti-fraud, and support operations;
- โขUnderstanding of retention and customer lifecycle;
- โขAbility to establish processes in a fast-growing environment;
- โขSystematic approach, high level of autonomy;
- โขExperience in team management and operational KPIs.
