Responsibilities

Requirements

Requirements

  • โ€ข2-4 years of experience in iGaming as Head of Operations / Operations Manager / Payments Manager;
  • โ€ขPractical experience with payment flows, KYC, PSP, anti-fraud, and support operations;
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of retention and customer lifecycle;
  • โ€ขAbility to establish processes in a fast-growing environment;
  • โ€ขSystematic approach, high level of autonomy;
  • โ€ขExperience in team management and operational KPIs.
