## What you'll do
- •Develop, implement, and review operational policies for payment processing and reconciliations.
- •Prepare and present operational performance reports for Senior Management and the Board.
- •Oversee global payment operations and reconciliation processes.
- •Manage operational risks and compliance.
- •Identify opportunities for process automation and infrastructure optimization.
- •Lead and inspire the Malta Payment Ops and Reconciliation teams.
