## What you'll do

• •Oversee and manage the end-to-end solar farm pipeline across diverse locations.
• •Ensure a high-velocity pipeline to meet ecosystem targets.
• •Anticipate and address regulatory or logistical roadblocks.
• •Manage the lifecycle of solar farm installers.
• •Design and implement scalable processes for operations.
• •Drive follow-through on leadership decisions.
