Description
What you'll do
As Head of Operations, you will:
- •Launch EU/NA as a managed process (roadmap, dependencies, critical path)
- •Establish operational rhythm (weekly sync, decision recording, execution control)
- •Coordinate between departments and control timelines
- •Implement departmental KPI systems
- •Manage strategic initiative dashboards
- •Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
- •Reduce operational load on the CEO

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:

- •Experience in IT/gamedev/digital
