What you'll do
▪️Build and manage the private / OTC sales pipeline. ▫️Source, qualify, and develop relationships with investors, brokers, partners, and capital introducers. ▫️Conduct investor calls, meetings, and investment presentations. ▫️Sell Ayni Gold to HNWIs, family offices, entrepreneurs, private investors, crypto investors, and OTC buyers. ▫️Close large investment tickets, typically from $50k to $250k+ and above. ▫️Explain the product through an investment lens: asset backing, economics, returns, risk profile, structure, gold exposure, and production model. ▫️Handle objections related to legal structure, risk, liquidity, token model, mining operations, trust, compliance, and exit strategy. ▫️Lead investors from first interest to closed transaction. ▫️Maintain disciplined follow-up and deal control. ▫️Provide feedback to the CEO, marketing, and product teams on what works in real sales conversations. ▫️Create and improve sales scripts, pitch logic, follow-up templates, and objection-handling materials. ▫️Develop partner channels, including brokers, communities, KOLs, investment clubs, OTC groups, and advisors.

Requirements
▪️Proven experience in investment sales, private banking, wealth management, brokerage, OTC, crypto, commodities, or alternative investment products. ▫️Demonstrated ability to close large private investment tickets. ▫️Strong understanding of how HNWIs and sophisticated investors evaluate opportunities. ▫️Ability to speak with investors in terms of capital, returns, risk, deal structure, downside protection, and trust. ▫️Existing network of investors, brokers, family offices, entrepreneurs, or capital partners is a strong advantage. ▫️Ability to build a pipeline independently, not only work with inbound leads. ▫️Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene. ▫️Ability to explain complex products in a clear and simple way. ▫️Fluent English for investor negotiations.
Russian is a plus. ▫️Crypto experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
