What you'll do
- โขOwn the partnership pipeline.
- โขIdentify, approach, negotiate, and close integration deals with self-custody wallets, exchanges, neobanks, and corporate clients.
- โขBuild and manage relationships with existing partners to grow adoption and deepen integration.
- โขDrive corporate account acquisition.
- โขRepresent UR at conferences, in industry conversations, and across crypto/fintech communities.
- โขShape the BD playbook.
- โขFeed product insights back to the product team.

- โขComfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
