Description

UR is hiring a Head of Partnership to manage the partnership pipeline, focusing on B2B2C distribution with wallets, exchanges, and corporate partners.

UR is the account layer for the open economy — the regulated infrastructure that lets wallets, developers, and financial platforms give their users a real financial account through one API.

We combine a personal IBAN, seven on-chain currencies, SEPA and SWIFT rails, Mastercard, and built-in compliance into six modular building blocks.

## What you'll do

  • Own the partnership pipeline.
  • Identify, approach, negotiate, and close integration deals with self-custody wallets, exchanges, neobanks, and corporate clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing partners to grow adoption and deepen integration.
  • Drive corporate account acquisition.
  • Represent UR at conferences, in industry conversations, and across crypto/fintech communities.
  • Shape the BD playbook.
  • Feed product insights back to the product team.

## Conditions

  • Competitive base + meaningful equity.
  • Direct access to the founding team.
  • A clear target list: ~50 high-value wallet and exchange partners globally.
  • Corporate prospect pipeline in crypto-native companies with treasury/FX needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in business development or partnerships at a crypto infrastructure, fintech infrastructure, or digital asset company.
  • Existing relationships with wallet providers, exchanges, or crypto platforms — especially in Asia and Europe.
  • Track record of closing integration / API partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
  • Understand what an API integration involves — can speak to technical and business stakeholders.
