UR is hiring a Head of Partnership to manage the partnership pipeline, focusing on B2B2C distribution with wallets, exchanges, and corporate partners.

We combine a personal IBAN, seven on-chain currencies, SEPA and SWIFT rails, Mastercard, and built-in compliance into six modular building blocks.
## What you'll do
- •Own the partnership pipeline.
- •Identify, approach, negotiate, and close integration deals with self-custody wallets, exchanges, neobanks, and corporate clients.
- •Build and manage relationships with existing partners to grow adoption and deepen integration.
- •Drive corporate account acquisition.
- •Represent UR at conferences, in industry conversations, and across crypto/fintech communities.
- •Shape the BD playbook.
- •Feed product insights back to the product team.

Requirements
- •4+ years in business development or partnerships at a crypto infrastructure, fintech infrastructure, or digital asset company.
- •Existing relationships with wallet providers, exchanges, or crypto platforms — especially in Asia and Europe.
- •Track record of closing integration / API partnerships.
- •Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
- •Understand what an API integration involves — can speak to technical and business stakeholders.
