Description
What you'll do
- โขBuild and execute a global partner strategy anchored in New York City
- โขSource, structure, and close strategic partnerships across crypto-native firms, and manage them end-to-end
- โขDrive partner-led pipeline through referral and co-sell motions, with a focus on unlocking institutional relationships (banks, asset managers, regulated entities)
- โขAct as a credible external face for Cryptio in the market opening doors with the institutions we're targeting
- โขCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to launch and scale partnerships
- โขRepresent Cryptio at partner meetings and key industry events

Requirements
- โข8โ10 years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or relationship management
- โข3โ4+ years in crypto, with a pre-existing network in the NYC institutional crypto space
- โขBackground or strong familiarity with accounting, audit, or advisory โ either from a consulting or crypto-native context
- โขStrong executive communication โ able to run partner conversations independently and represent Cryptio with confidence
- โขHigh ownership, pace, and a track record of delivering commercial results
