Lead Payroll operations in Mexico, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery for a growing organization. Oversee payroll for 310 HQ and 4,300 Operations employees, focusing on process optimization and automation. The primary focus of this role is to lead Payroll operations in Mexico, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while supporting a rapidly growing organization.

• •Lead the Mexico Payroll team (currently 9 people), developing the team and ensuring high operational standards.
• •Own payroll delivery for Mexico HQ and Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution.
• •Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, managers, and Payroll Analysts to resolve complex payroll matters and provide business support.
• •Continuously improve payroll processes, strengthen controls, and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
• •Build processes that support a fast-growing organization while minimizing operational and compliance risks.
• •Explain complex payroll calculations and legislation in a simple and practical way to managers and stakeholders.
• •Support the future development of payroll operations across LATAM when appropriate.
