## What you'll do

• •Build and develop the People Care Center from scratch
• •Improve employee experience and work environment
• •Manage benefits (insurance, training, sports, etc.)
• •Develop offices and culture hubs
• •Lead a team of office managers
• •Implement efficiency metrics (SLA, NPS)
• •Plan budget and maintain reporting

• •2+ years of experience in People Ops/Admin/Care roles
• •Experience in creating or scaling employee services
• •Experience with benefits management
• •Experience in office and infrastructure management
• •Team management experience
• •Understanding of HR admin and relocation
