## What you'll do

• •Lead and develop a distributed People team
• •Formulate hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent retention
• •Launch and develop culture initiatives (ownership, trust, feedback)
• •Act as a trusted advisor to C-level
• •Work with org design, restructures, and team development based on data
• •Integrate continuous feedback into performance processes
• •Improve and automate HR processes for business scaling
