We're building AI agents for performance marketing. Plurio, the AI agent for media buying teams running $300Kโ€“$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10โ€“30%. Our goal โ€“ and the mission we'd build together โ€“ is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10ร— better than anything that came before, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.

The role

  • โ€ขYou'll lead the team and the agent and will be responsible for growing client metrics.
  • โ€ขYou improve and train the agent, shaping the methodology behind it.
  • โ€ขYou build your media buying logic into the agent's workflows and rules.
  • โ€ขYou stay at the forefront, collecting best practices and building them into the agent's automation and analysis.
  • โ€ขYou improve the agent cycle by cycle โ€“ with the product team and the AI marketing engineers.

The client portfolio

  • โ€ขEach client runs Meta with Plurio in one of two ways:
  • โ€ขThe client's team runs the agent. You onboard them and improve workflows.
  • โ€ขWe run the client's Meta Ads end-to-end. You decide the logic and mechanics.

Who we're looking for

  • โ€ขA Head of Performance Marketing with experience running Meta at scale.
  • โ€ขManaged $1M+/month in Meta ad spend.
  • โ€ขDrove strategy, structure, testing approaches, automation, and team hiring.
  • โ€ขManaged a buying team of 3-4 people minimum.
  • โ€ขWorked with the automation layer.
  • โ€ขFluent across consumer funnels โ€“ mobile, web, web-to-app, app-to-app.
  • โ€ขCreative factory for Meta โ€“ analysis, testing mechanics, and generation.
  • โ€ขStrong English.
